We’ve all been through, or are going through, unique and powerful experiences. However, because of the pace at which we live our lives, there is often a disconnect between what we are experiencing at the heart-level and how we engage with ourselves, with others, and with our world, making it difficult for us to tap into those stories, to learn from them, much less share them.
In this workshop, we will find the space to:

Intentionally carve out time to softly engage with ourselves and others

Tend and befriend our experiences through guided journaling prompts

Discover our unique voice and give words to our silent wounds and “woo-hoos!”
Participants will:

Simply respond to journaling prompts

Lean in, go slow, and open up to themselves

Dive in, dig deep, and share if they want

Do some gentle yoga movements

Develop a regular writing practice
What to bring: pen, paper, or your journal, and wear comfortable clothing as we will do some gentle yoga movement. Bring a friend to journey with you too!
